EQC Repairs to Piles and Ring Foundation

Hi, my EQC claim was reopened and has been resettled. The engineer's report says that the ring foundation needs to be epoxied and that there are 10 piles across the kitchen/dining and two bedrooms. It includes taking up the floors- repacking the piles- putting new flooring down. I have the scope and the engineer's report. It is highly unlikely that EQC will pay out further (unless once the floors come up- more damage is obvious) so I am just looking to get the work done on the scope- properly with all the right documentation.
