Pile repairs

We have approx 12 piles that require to be jacked and packed to balance the levels in our house. These are under a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We have an engineer report with the recommended repair plan. There are some suspect floor boards which will need replaced when the carpet is uplifted for the pile repairs. There is sub floor space however previous repairs under the lounge had an access hole cut into the floor. We also need a fire place removed down to floor level and a replacement wall and gib etc to go in the affected room Please be aware we will be working with our mortgagor for the repairs which won’t be able to be started until next year - hopefully in summer possibly not until April/May.
