Foundation pile repairs

Hi I am selling a house and have my out of town owners requesting a a quote to repair the piles that have come up in a recent building report. From the report: The floor levels vary and in the front two bedrooms are out by up to 30mm over 1 metre of floor. This is noted in the EQC scope as non-earthquake related settling If you can also quote if you do guttering repairs CLEAN OUT ALL GUTTERING AND DOWN PIPES ON HOUSE AND GARAGE, WATERBLAST ABOVE PLUS SOFFETS AND SOFT WASH DOWN OF HOUSE. REPAIR BROKEN SECTION OF GUTTER AND RE SEAL LEAKING JOINS
