Relevelling part of house

The floor is sagging and doors are out of line in one area of our 1960s house. We would like it relevelled in preparation for renovations. A couple of concrete piles have sunken away from the beam - one pile is the worst offender (picture included with previous owner's attempt to fix). Thanks a lot.
