Foundations for a large garage

Looking for a local someone to prepare/help prepare the foundations for a kitset garage. Hoping this was something we could do ourselves but we really don' know where to start. We need our house to be revelled, some subfloor needs strengthening and a couple piles need replacing. It has concrete piles at present. The piles on the outside walls need to be packed the most and the kitchen/dining in particular. The floor slopes away from the fire place.
