replace piles

hi, I need 5 piles replaced under my house, 3 under the house with about 1m high crawlspace and 2 that are outside as they support part of the tile roof that hangs over a veranda. The underhouse piles are timber set into concrete in the ground, and they've begun to rot as the concrete is too low and had been topped up with soil around the posts. I think the veranda posts are the same - they are rotting from exposure to damp soil
