Crummer shed levelling

This is an old shed with one corner sagging. It's because the corner stud and bottom plate have dry rot. Two of the totara piles might need replacing, maybe not if they are ok. The main issue is the plate and stud. It's a bit beyond my ability to support the roof and replace the corner stud (about 2.5m) and bottom plate (about 1.5m). Can anyone do this?
