Floor cracking check foundations

The large tiles have suddenly cracked in one large crack right across the floor, with one half slightly lower (just a mm or so). Floors elsewhere also appear to show movement. I suspect there is an issue underneath, and want someone to crawl under the house to inspect and advise. Written advice on cause and rectification is needed, with cost estimate.
