Remedial - bracing under house

We need a remedial job done within the next few days. It is to complete an historical CCC on a repiling job on a villa which was done in 2001. The house is due to be auctioned at the end of next week. Two things need to be done: 1. a central brace replaced - one half of the existing brace does not exist. 2. Braces on corners have used coach screws which are acceptable but the 50x50mm washes were not installed in 2001. Required as per 2001 plan. This needs to be done on the four braces and will involve 16 washes.
