floor joist repair

Discovered that the floor joist under the laundry tub in my ex-state house is sagging. Might need a plate or an extra pile to level it again. The subfloor space is dry and relatively clean as there is thick polythene black plastic covering the soil. Height of workspace is crouch height (- I even get under comfortably).
