Lay New Vinyl Plank Flooring (Glue down)

Looking to replace old sheet vinyl and carpet with new glue down vinyl planks from Karndean Van Gogh range. Approx, 58 square meters to cover lounge, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, hallway and cupboards, and entrance ways. Particle board sub-floor. Plank size 1219mm x 178mm and wanting them laid on a 45 degree diagonal (subject to how much this adds to labour cost). Planks will be pre-purchased and need an experienced vinyl layer with all appropriate tools, adhesive etc. --- - ---
