We are taking ownership of a new home in Whakatane on 14th April. There is a large lounge/dining area and hallway that we would like to have sanded and coated (possibly blonded). We are thinking it would be a good idea to get this done before we move in. However tenants are there till 9th! We realise its unlikely that anything could be done from 9-14th. but are looking for job ideally to start on 14th and be done asap. I don't have the exact measurements at this stage so a price per m would be helpful.
