Native Hardwood Sanding

We need the floors in our new home sanded- they are tongue and groove 1960s native hardwood (Matai or Rimu likely) that has been carpeted over for several years. We will need them sanded and finished after we have removed the carpet. Approx 70-140 metres squared (can confirm once we've pulled up the carpets how much is to be sanded). Timing wise, we will look to do this shortly after settling on the property but before moving in.
