2 Everest St Kitchen floor

I'd like a flooring person to come on Thursday 9th & 10th September. The floor is in really good knick but just has some light surface scratches from a dog. There is also a small area (0.4m by 0.2m) which has some black marks. Photos are attached. The black mark is not necessary to be removed by if its easy to then great There are a few photos attached. But the area sizes are as follows: A. Kitchen and living 8.4m by 4m and B. Hall 2.6m by 1.6m In area B there are two steps. Also the front door opens inwards on to the area needing to coated. There is a 2nd way to access the area if that's a problem
