Hi Needing to replace vinyl flooring and fix parquet flooring gaps in kitchen

We are looking to replace the vinyl in 2 x Bathrooms and 1x small toilet need to uplift old vinyl and replace with new vinyl. We also have some small and large gaps in the parque flooring in the kitchen . We are looking to have these done ASAP .
