Floor sanding and sealing
Job description
We are wanting to get the carpet removed from our lounge and have the underlying floor sanded and sealed. It is a hardwood floor. we think either Kauri or Matai. Ideally the carpet removal will be part of the quote, but if not possible we can organise to lift and remove. The lounge area is approximately 30sqm . We have a tight window in which to get the work done. It needs to be completed and ready to put furniture in by 16 July. We don't get access to the property until 2nd July.
