Looking to have current chipboard floorboards removed and disposed of (as well as disposal of current carpet and underlay) and replaced with industry standard or possibly higher spec (eg marine grade ply depending on cost if you are able to quote for both).
Downstairs bedroom.
Driveway access to the house. A few steps up to the front door.
Approx 2.5m x 4m.
Ideal start date approx 5/6 weeks time (approx 13th April)
