Small 6m laundry sand and finish

I have a ~6m^2 laundry which is currently covered in vinyl glued on top of a thin chipboard underlay, wooden floors are underneath the chipboard- i.e. vinyl is not glued to the wood floor. Once I have removed the vinyl/chipboard I would like the wood floors to be sanded and finished with polyurethane. Looking for a quote and a rough idea of the time required to complete this small area.
