Interested in removing carpet, resorting matai boards , matt finish in lounge and hallway. I am not sure what condition the boards will be in - from previously installing underfloor insulation there are one or two spots where they have sawed through the boards to get to the piles and then relaid the boards. Possible to remove boards from carpeted bedrooms as required. 1906 villa
