Floor sanding and varnishing

We would like Matai floorboards in a dining/kitchen area sanded and polyurethaned. We would also like a tint added to the varnish. It has previously been done but the varnish is coming off in a few places. The area is approx 7.6m x 3.2m. We wonder if you could also move furniture out of the area as part of the job. There is a couch plus dining table and chairs. Thanks!!!
