Looking for someone to sand our rimu kitchen floor! We're in the process of renovating our kitchen and found rimu floorboards underneath the 1960s lino. We've had it asbestos tested (negative) so will pull up the lino when we pull out the kitchen. Where we've pulled up so far has left a black residue on the wood, so the room will need sanding and we're not brave enough to do it ourselves. The room is approximately 30m2.
