Replace my saggy floor

A small section of my floor has sagged (possibly dry rot as it's not wet) and another small corner has black mould. I'd like both sections replaced. Is less that 1m sq in total. About 1m wide and 600-700mm deep should do it. Red circle on the pic shows where the saggy bit of the floor is (can't actually see it very well on the pic) and the blue circle is the mould. Will need to have the little strips of carpet nails removed around the edges and put back when the floor is done so I can relay the carpet (I'll do that myself). Shouldn't be a huge job but if you do a great job, I have other work around the house I might get you back for :)
