Floor sanding
Job description
I'm looking for someone to sands and polyurethane matai floors in my kitchen (12sqm), dining (15sqm) and hallway (19sqm). Dining and hallway is currently polished matai. Kitchen is being made open plan and have dining/kitchen wall removed. Kitchen vinyl and thin board has been uplifted but backing paper remains (Negative test for asbestos). Need floors properly prepared prior to sanding (eg holes filled, floor boards secured, etc).
