We got water under part of our kitchen floor and the laminate has lifted at a join. There's also a gouge in another section. We have replacement flooring so need someone to replace the damaged bits. We also want to replace the cork tiles in our laundry with matching flooring at the same time. That floor is 1.6m x 1.7m

Work uncovered more extensive remediation required. Made great job of repair but cost was much greater than estimate. Kept us apprised of additional requirements.
