Laying Vinyl Floor - Kitchen area

We are interested in a kitchen, laundry, WC, and pantry area being laid with vinyl flooring. We will supply the flooring. Floor area 27.2 m2 The property is about 20 minutes past Wanganui on the New Plymouth road. We are looking at having the work done in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Plan is attached. Please note the plan currently only shows part of the kitchen, laundry, WC, and pantry with tiles but at this stage we are looking at all the floor being laid with the same vinyl. We are also considering other options for the kitchen floor. Thank you. Richard
