We need the below work to be undertaken on Monday July 12, ideally being completed in that week. * Installing 7m2 of matai in our entranceway - you need to source. Installation over joist. Existing floor will be removed by our builder prior to install. * Removing carpet in hallway, and lino in kitchen, and sanding/finishing matai under both areas. Kitchen = 13m2, hallway = 7m2 *Sanding/finishing existing matai in livingroom (22m2) and small bedroom (5m2)
