We have just removed the existing in our lounge and looking to get the existing Rimu floor boards filled & sanded (possible re-varnished)
The overall condition of the boards is good, It is an old old house so I assume there will be a bit of filling to do before sanding. Plus all the nail holes from he carpet. There is one section that needs new boards to match the existing ones as there is currently particle board present. We would like a quote to do the filling, board replacing & sanding. In a addition to that we would like price to varnish the entire floor. Attached is a plan and pictures for your reference
