Flooring installation

Mix of two types of floors: - approx 25m2 engineered 14mm on 3mm underlay, - approx 38m2 laminated 12mm on 4mm underlay. Have all flooring and underlay already on site, only installation is required. You will need to undercut door jambs, etc. Doors are not expected to require undercutting. Please clarify if you include installation of skirtings or not (skirtings are also available on site and pre-painted). Generally new plywood floors, one small area approx 10m2 with old particle board. Job is available for quick start. Please respond with rates or even better with an overall cost and estimated number of days required. Ideally we can meet to see the job after 17:00 or weekends, will make arrangements for the work to happen during normal hours. Thank you. Chris
