Fix leak through concrete floor

Hello! One of our bedroom has water sipping through the concrete floor whenever it rains. We have not been able to identify where it comes from as there seem to be no crack on the concrete, several people have attempted to find the cause with no success. The water is wetting the carpet. The job would be to seal the concrete floor with a waterproof material of your recommendation and replace the carpet with a different flooring (possibly lino but undecided yet, we would appreciate your recommendation for this as well). We might have a second related job which would include to replace one of the board of a doorframe through which water also seem to be sipping in. Thank you.
