Downstairs flood damaged laminate

Our laminate flooring has been water damaged. We're seeking recommendations, and prices, for replacement of only the damaged area, or replacement of a larger zone. Maximum coverage area = no more than 8.640 metres x 4.400 metres (see rough floor plan). Possible approach is partial replacement with tiles, with a junction to the existing laminate flooring. The existing laminate flooring could be rearranged to create a zone of tiles, and a zone of laminate flooring.
