The house was build in the late 70's and a section of the concrete floor downstairs has started to erode. There was a coat of paint on it which has worn off after many years of housing wood down there. The dark patches on the photo's are the old concrete not mould. We want the bad section waterproofed and sealed with Sika or a similar product. The area is approx 1.7mtr wide by 5mtr long. Things to consider: - It is a basement and can be damp when there is flooding at the bottom of the driveway. We are happy to book for mid-summer if that is the better approach - If it makes more sense to do a bigger area and take it back to the rear wall, we are open to that, the area needing doing would double - If we need to lift the last of the paint before the job starts, we are happy to do that if we could have some advice on a product to do the job - There is a small area that has been dug up, this can be remedied with concrete or we can take advice

The end result was fabulous. There were issues with communication but the tradies and final product made it well worthwhile. The price changed because not all the work was done as agreed by both parties.
