Removal of tiled bathroom flooring and laying new vinyl

The builders are busy today removing knocking out the wall between the bathroom and toilet in my downstairs studio flat under renovation. The current tile floor will have a wall shaped gap so I'm starting anew. The tiles will need to be removed and new vinyl (already purchased) installed. Work would be after the builders finish and the plastering/painting is down so likely to be early July. Crude dimensions of the new space are 3.3 m x 1.7 m although a wall angles in and the tiles don't need to be removed from the shower space!
