Old House Needs Floorboards Sanded & Finished

I get the keys to my 3 bedroom 1950s brick house this Friday - so access for quote before then is limited. All floors currently have carpet - which I will want to remove - sand what we believe maybe Rimu floorboards - probably stain and then polish or coat - or whatever the job requires. I'm looking for someone who can quote quickly and is available in the next few weeks. I am intending to also scrape the ceilings, then paint ceiling and walls - so will need to do these 3 jobs in the appropriate sequence.
