Floor sand and Polishing in New Lynn
Job description
I have a 2 bedroom 1966 built rental unit with single bathroom, kitchen and laundy, Total floor area is 66 m2. Carpets and vinyal are old and need to be removed. It has nice smooth wooden timber floors that look never varnished, I need a quote to uplift and dispose of old carpets and vinyal, sand and polish the floor. House is currently empty but being advertised for rent.

Glen did an awesome job completing a bigger job than we had anticipated, I highly recommend him for your flooring job. He found 3 layers of vinyl in some places and rusted staples that had to be removed and punched through. He kept me informed about timing and the results is excellent. Thanks Glen, All the best.
