140 square meter empty home.

We are renovating an old villa with hardwood flooring that we need polished. There is no furniture in the home. We are trying to time this work so that it is after we have finished painting, but before we put base boards back on. We think this would be the most logical but are open to some flexibility. This would mean needing the work to start in January. If it could be earlier in January there would also be no plumbing installed to work around. We would be open to it being completed in two stages if you wanted to get in and get the bathrooms done before toilets and vanities are installed. But then needed to do the rest of the house later in the month. Sorry I am not at the house the day of writing this and am realizing that I don't have the best photos. These are some old ones, I can add more later.
