TImber floors sanded and sealed

We are looking to have our Rimu floors in the hallway, dining room/kitchen, toilet, bathroom and lounge sanded and sealed. The lounge and hallway have already been sealed in the past a dark colour which we don't like however the other rooms are natural. Approx 60 sqm worth.
