Kitchen and foyer wooden Floor needing refinishing

I have a kitchen area ( approx 12 square metres) and entrance foyer ( approx 10 square metre are that are wood that have had a clear gloss on it ( I am presuming Polyurethane) that is wearing thin and footprints ( large workboot footprints) are appearing all over my floor and I cant get rid of them , So wanting best solution make floors look great again, Whether that be putting another coats of polyurethene of having them sanded and redone, will all depend on cost etc, so just wanting quotes to get an idea of what costs i will be looking at to get floors back to new looking, House is 11 years old and footprints started appearing all over the floors about two years ago and and are continually getting worse with more footprints appearing, Just wanting best solution to get rid of the footprints that keep appearing
