Job description
water damage has caused the disintegration of chipboard (from the early 1980s). Skirting boards need to be removed, carpet lifted, damaged floor cut out as close to studs as possible, nogs (??) need to be attached and a new floor laid. Carpet and underlay need to be checked to ensure they are dry and then relaid. Vinyl needs to be replaced and relaid in the shower room. There is no urgency, although once started, it would be good to finish asap as it involves the central walkway in the house.

I can not speak highly enough of Wade - his workmanship, his frequent and clear communication, and his kindness and attitude towards my elderly father were all excellent. There was a bit of a delay with the schedule, but this was not Wade's fault (he was waiting for another tradesman), but his communication around this was good. I highly recommend Wade and his team.
