Bathroom floor

Water damage to upstairs bathroom floor and external and internal walls around bath. Possibly floor joists also. I can remove bath and linings prior to job comencing. Just wanting any water damaged structual timber in the external wall and sub floor replaced and damaged flooring replaced with treated plywood.
