Looking for an experienced flooring installer to remove old carpet, supply and install hardwearing vinyl flooring.

Would also consider installing carpet for the bedrooms, depending on your options and price.

Scope of work:
- Remove existing carpet and underlay
- Remove and dispose of old carpet materials
- Prepare subfloor
- Install hardwearing vinyl flooring (sheet)
- Reinstall skirting boards
- Clean up after installation complete

Rooms/area:
- living + dining + hallway: approx. 20sqm
- 3 x bedrooms: total approx. 20sqm

I believe the subfloor is concrete slab throughout the house.

Vinyl (and maybe carpet for bedrooms) flooring requirements:
- Hardwearing/durable for high-traffic areas

What we're after:
- Good reputation and warranty
- Professional level finish
- Old carpet removal and disposal included
- Experienced in carpet and vinyl removal and installation
