Job description

Posted 3 years ago

Bach in Kinloch, wanting to replace old tiles with new vinyl.
Completed 80% of job of removing tiles, but ran out of time in some areas.

1) Remove remaining tiles from chip board floor (without damaging it) in:
a) kitchen (6 sqm - without damaging kitchen cabinetry)

c) toilet (2.5 sqm), toilet is disconnected, would like bowl removed and kept intact.
Tiles in kitchen/entrance are 20mm thick (like terracotta), tiles in toilet are 10mm ceramic)

2) Grind off remaining mortar/grout from chipboard flooring, to leave smooth finish ready for vinyl laying. May need filler/compound in a couple of small holes?

Also strip old lino from laundry (7 sqm)

3) Quote for removing and disposal of approx 1.5 cubic meters of old broken tiles, e.g. for clean fill?
This third part isn't a necessity, only if you can.
