Wooden floor sanding & polishing in Victorian house

5 rooms with native (rimu?) wooden floors in our house need sanding and polishing (Danish oil). There's no furniture to move. Area is around --- . The quoting is urgent - over the next 2 weeks if possible. The job itself is less urgent.
