I have 2 houses needing floor sanding & varnishing: 1. First job: 3x bedrooms, large ensuite and scullery, 15.5m x 0.9m hallway, laundry that needs wooden floor boards sanded and varnished. Approx 85m2. Job will be for next year probably about May. Not sure of wood type. 2. Second job: Kitchen dining area cork tiles wanting to be done sanded & varnished immediately. Both jobs in Lumsden, Southland. I would love a quote please. I can provide house plans for the first job. Thanks for your time and help. Adele
