new floor and bathroom

we need the timber floor replaced in the toilet (1.2 x 2.4m) due to water damage. we will be tiling it eventually so just a hardwood floor is required. Possible water damage to bottom of non-load bearing dividing wall may need new dwangs. Dividing wall to be relined with aqualine gib, doorway moved 300mm along, and new shower box and vanity installed (already purchased). Towel rail wiring to be moved. Thanks!
