Vet vinyl wrap inside of van

Need to waterproof from dogs and be able to hose out. Idea is to get a vet quality vinyl that holds up to dog teeth and claws. Put in a fake ply floor... and wrap floor and sides. Could do floor and then sides than come down over the top. Looking for someone skilled who can work a way around this. Open to idea and a chat about options.
