Floor sanding in Entry and Lounge. See photo and approx dimensions. Also have other jobs listed. Job must be completed before Feb 4th, sooner the better. I can remove the underlay or help remove, carpet already removed, can help with prep work, trying to keep cost down.

Required floor sanding done with a very limited budget and tight time frame. Exceeded expectations and got the job done. Afterwards I hired them to do a full inside house clean and waterblast outside which they were happy to do again for a great price. Thank you.
