Living room Floor refresh - romoving carpet & laying laminate

We have a single storey, 3 bed/2bathroom house with a single combined kitchen/dining/living area, built 2002. We want to replace the vinyl flooring in the galley kitchen (approx 4mx1.5m floor area) plus the carpeted dining area (approx 3.1mx2.2m floor area) with either vinyl floorboards or laminate floor boards. We expect to purchase the flooring materials from Bunnings and we are seeking an experienced trades person to manage all aspects of the job ( lift and move existing floor covering, prepare the concrete floor surface, lay new flooring).
