Repair of small tear in vinyl

Small tear in vinyl. Has been glued down but needs to be repaired properly so it doesn't catch. See photos attached for size. Would ideally need the whole square of vinyl to be replaced so it has seamless lines. The vinyl name is Select Titanium - Manon 692, and if you can supply the replacement square it would be ideal. But if not we will try and source it ourselves. Thanks.
