Laying vinyl flooring sheet/planks

Hi there, looking for someone to lay some new flooring. The flooring will be provided, not too sure whether it will be planks or sheets yet, we can fit in with what is easiest for you (or cheapest to lay!). Downstairs only - living room and dining room, carpet will be uplifted and furniture out of the way. Under 50 sqm. Not fussed about the timeframe, but the sooner the better! Thanks :)
