Particleboard floor sanding to remove tile underlay and prep for levelling

I require a floor area of approx 32sqm sanded to remove remains of backing paper and adhesive from particleboard floor where tile underlay was used. Another approx 38sqm of floor requires a light sand just to remove worst of humps and prepare this for levelling compound. I may consider the levelling of subfloor (using levelling compound) as part of this job, depending on cost. (Engineered wood flooring will be installed by myself later on.) Area comprised of a great room (approx 62sqm), small pantry and a hallway - in total approx 70sqm.
